The PRO165SL and PRO165SLE, our second-generation PRO165 stage designs, have many improvements and added features. Enhanced positioning specifications coupled with competitive pricing make the PRO165SL/SLE stage the ideal choice for both medium- and high-performance applications. The design is similar to the PRO115SL/SLE series, providing additional load capacity and stiffness with larger bearings and a wider cross-section.

Our APR stages are the highest performing and most versatile direct-drive, mechanical-bearing stages available. With nine models offering a variety of options for load capacity, torque
and dimensional requirements, the APR stage family provides convenient design and integration flexibility. APR stages achieve exceptionally high repeatability, geometric performance and dynamics through a combination of ultra-precise components, cogless direct-drive motors, high-resolution encoder feedback and superior craftsmanship.

With a minimum step size of 10 nm, our PRO-SV stages are the most precise screw-driven lift stages available plus they offer the longest travel range available at the shortest height. They’re also the only long-travel lift stages that can move up to 60 kg of mass while providing excellent payload accessibility and geometric performance.

Our ultra-precise ANT130XY stages deliver superior planar performance with excellent geometric characteristics, thanks to an integrated two-axis design. Equipped with stiff, anti-creep crossed-roller bearings, high-resolution position feedback and ironless linear motors to achieve the smoothest, most precise motion possible, ANT130XY stages can be further enhanced with ultra high-accuracy 2D calibration to optimize even the most demanding inspection and manufacturing processes. Plus, the dynamically optimized design results in impressive speed and process throughput.

Our versatile AGR gear-driven rotary stages bring you significant advantages in load capacity, long-term positioning performance and reliability over other gear-driven rotary positioners. Available in five models with apertures ranging from 50 mm to 200 mm diameters, AGR stages are well equipped to address a wide range of single- and multi-axis applications for general-purpose positioning in industrial and laboratory settings.

The ALAR family of direct-drive, large-aperture rotary stages provides superior angular positioning and velocity control. ALAR-XP offers extremely high torque output, substantial load capacity and smooth, precise rotation. Featuring a large-diameter clear aperture and a non-cogging direct-drive motor, ALAR-XP stages offer a superior alternative to worm-gear stages.

The PRO190LM, part of our second-generation PRO-LM stage series, has many improvements and added features. When higher stiffness, load capacity and improved geometric performance is required, the PRO190LM is a solid alternative to the PRO165LM. Building on the fundamental precision design of other PRO-LM series stages, the PRO190LM is the ideal choice in many high-performance applications.

Leading-edge manufacturing and inspection processes demand positioning tolerances beyond the capability of conventional ball-screw and mechanical-bearing positioning systems. The ABL1500 air bearing stage, with its fully-active preload, exceptionally high stiffness and excellent geometric characteristics, was designed specifically to meet those demands.
